​*Breath of Fresh Air - An all levels class based on connecting strongly with the breath as you move at a slower pace. A mindful practice, including breathing techniques (pranayama), standing/seated postures, stretching and meditation.

All of Alicia's classes are trauma sensitive  and therapeutic in nature.

Yoga - in one form or another - has been there for Alicia through many life events, health challenges and circumstances.  As such, she has developed practices , clinics and workshops to address them. First for herself, then for her clients and students. On top of working with her own experiences, she has worked extensively with autoimmune disorders, cancer, arthritis, anxiety & depression  and back care, and is currently studying the pelvic floor.  Her programs are created individually to work each person privately or visit WORKSHOPS to see what she offers in the way of group clinics and workshops.

Yoga Therapy: 
Yoga therapy is a gentle practice incorporating the traditional practices of yoga with modern scientific

and medical knowledge to create wellness programs based on the individuals needs. I work one-on-one 

with those suffering from anxiety disorders, autoimmune diseases, back pain and women's well-Being,

such as Prenatal Yoga & Yoga for anxiety and more. Sessions tailored to YOUR needs. 

Back Care Program: offered as a 4-session program, teaching education about back health, breathing techniques to ease back pain,  gentle yoga practice increasing strength and  flexibility,  guided relaxation or meditation & a home practice to continue on your own. No previous yoga experience required. 
Overcoming Anxiety: ​ offered as a 4-session program, we'll explore self-healing modalities that are effective and profoundly liberating when faced with the debilitating effects of anxiety. Learn breath work, meditation and gentle movement techniques that help to break the psychological, biochemical, and physical cycles that keep anxiety in your life. No previous yoga experience required.

​​Beginning Yoga: If you are looking to begin a yoga practice, working one-on-one with a knowledgeable instructor is often the best way to go.  I will safely teach you the basics of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditative practices to get you going and help you develop a life long yoga practice.
