This gentle class is designed for those of us who prefer a little less vigor and a little more attention to detail. Adaptive to be accessible to everyone & provide the balance we seek from yoga in a safe practice. Classes will be traditional in the sense that the poses will look familiar, with new movement and exercises mixed in using chairs, balls and  a variety of props. Expect gentle movement with more work oriented on the floor. 

All of my classes are therapeutic, trauma informed/sensitive and include techniques to address anxiety. 


**Functional Flow:

This class is a more challenging variation of the morning adapted class and is designed for those of us who love flow classes but these days prefer a little less vigor and a little more attention to detail. Classes will be traditional in the sense that one pose will flow into the next and many of the poses with even look familiar, with new movement and exercises mixed in using balls and a variety of props. Expect variations of sun salutations and standing poses and exercises.

Learn breath work, meditation and gentle movement techniques that help to break the psychological, biochemical, and physical cycles that keep anxiety in your life. No previous yoga experience needed or required.

​​Beginning Yoga: If you are looking to begin a yoga practice, working one-on-one with a knowledgeable instructor is often the best way to go.  I will safely teach you the basics of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditative practices to get you going and help you develop a life long yoga practice.
